I've recently found my speed and accuracy increases when I push my wrists into the table rather than elevating them. However, this is a good way to develop carpal tunnel syndrome, so I don't suggest this for anyone who has a job requiring lots of typing, or anyone who needs to type for long periods ...

That's ridiculous that you can type that fast using two fingers... Very few people can reach those speeds using all their fingers! You're not too late to learn to type normally.
