Every single time I get to a extremely fast speed, I always pause for about 0.5 - 2.5 seconds, then I slow down a tad.
Also, On a side-note, I get that more frequently when I'm at 0:05 or less. Which, Really affects my WPM. ("Really" meaning, It lowers it from 107 average, to 97 average.)

Please help out guys!

Also, I have another problem where my fingers misplace, either at the beginning or the end.

Pausing while typing can result from being a little uncomfortable with words you have to type. As for misplacing your fingers, you will make it easier on yourself by placing the tips of your fingers above the A,S,D,F and J,K,L,; keys before you start typing.
