OK maybe I was not clear, that's my bad. There are two independent things:

• when someone wants to appear on this topic, regardless of his claimed record (50, 100, 150 or 200+ WPM), he must provide a video with his screen and his hands visible;
• when a user reaches 200 WPM or higher on 10FF, he has 7 days to submit a video verification with his screen and his hands visible, otherwise his account is banned (this is the "new policy" I was talking about).

Even if you don't care to appear on this topic, you are still in the 2nd case.
