First of all, this video doesn't prove anything because we can't see what he's typing, while he could show it to us. Perhaps he's typing anything like "gsd:f,gns" or simply very quickly but with a lot of typos (which may seem impressive nonetheless).
The date displayed by the webcam is "2009/02/01", so the video is prior to the new version of the 10FF (released in 2011) and it's not consistent with the end of the video.
If you look carefully the webcam timer, he travels through time twice: it jumps from "17:58:40" to "17:59:36", then from "17:59:55" to "18:05:23". This means that the video is in three pieces which were assembled very awkwardly. We even see the image suddenly slide to the right between the first two pieces.
It's therefore impossible to check the exact duration of the test.
I'm not even sure he hit the backspace key as many times as the number of corrections displayed in his profile for this "207" WPM.
Anyway his scores were quite suspicious.
In short, in addition to being a cheater, this guy is really not smart.

A time ago I checked his facebook profile (here) and it showed it was a friend of Tic Tac that has a fake facebook here, his join date is exactly the same as 10FF.
Those photos in his facebook were also used by Ary Klni, you banned him a few weeks ago.
This three profiles seems made by the same person, it'd be great to check their IP address so you can know if they're the same guy.
