Yellow Highlighting under: Text Practice: ...Your own text

When you create your own practice text in the section:
Text Practice: Practice Your own text
Words are highlighted underneath in yellow as you type.
Anyone know how to get rid of the Yellow Highlighting?

Custom text echoes to line underneath

In Chrome, Windows 10, as I type the custom text, it is echoed immediately below the line I'm reading. Very distracting. Is there a specific format required for custom text?
