Practise Texts - Filters

This filters are not working properly. People are submitting texts, for example in Turkish, but they are not in Turkish. When you apply sourcecode filter you'll see that texts that aren't sourcecodes are more than sourcecode texts. There has to be some sort of confirmation to these texts so that while new texts are being created, correct language is chosen.
