I can't access my account

I m new here ... ..
Please Guide anyone
I want to take typing tests & competitions
but I can't access my account in typing/tests/competitions area
Log in error
Username or password error
but in forum portal my username & password work properly.

Hello,
You have to log in with your email + password (not username).

You know i think there was some problems on October 30 , 2018 . I couldn't login either . But i suppose it's OK now .

Hi . . .
I join 10fastfingers on 30 october 2018.
I can't access my account still. Only login in forum portal.
I 've many tried with user name & E-mail but nothing happend
I 've also tried to contact admin through mail but not response from admin.

Accounts on the site and on the forum are not related. Usernames, emails and passwords are not necessarily the same.
On the forum you have to log in with your username and password.
On the site you have to log in with your email and password.
How did you create your account? Did you use a social network's account (Google+, Facebook or Twitter)?
