In this age of reason and wits, few people recognize their capacity to change and be more than what they are now. Few people realize their ability to influence others to change for the good. How is this possible? Society is spoiled and relies more on what companies/governments produce and what companies/governments can offer. This in turn makes people lazy to achieve something on their own.
A predicament the majority finds challenging, procrastination is a cultural disease that needs eradication. People should learn to do what they can NOW than wait for tomorrow. Awards are not freely given, some bleed for it. Though it is not solely the lack of motivation that people are lazy. It is also because of the upbringing, the culture and the environment. Instead of helping and be part of a solution, they would just watch the news and unintentionally be vicarious on the events that are happening in the world. True, that religion plays a major role as a moral compass, but the fact that religion produces zealots is what makes it fearful.
All over the news are spread widely the zealots and their blind lackeys wreck havoc on nations and tribes to enforce their beliefs without realizing the fact that people are free, and free means freedom to choose. The blind whores of god unsheathe their weapons, wash it with the blood of the innocent for their salvation or for the salvation of the people. How then morality affect their judgment? If religion is the people's moral compass, how then is it the cause of the horrid deaths around the world?
