Patient seen 2 days ago for ROM, rx amoxicillin. Has had 4 doses of antibiotic.
Patient showing no improvement, still fussy and messing with his ears. Appetite decreased by 50% x 5 days, fluids slightly decreased. 5 wet diapers in the last 24 hours. Not sleeping at night, up every hour screaming.
Temperature has been 99-100, giving ibuprofen and Benadryl as needed.
