Once upon a time there was a butterfly. This butterfly was special because he could tap dance. No one knew about the butterfly's special dancing abilities except for his best friend the mouse. The butterfly was super shy and wanted to keep his dancing a secret from everyone! Not even his mom and dad knew about it.
The mouse set up a secret stage for the butterfly to practice on in the forest. He was very sneaky and invited the butterfly's family and friends to watch without him even knowing!
The butterfly gets on stage and begins to tap dance! He was having so much fun clicking his shoes all over the stage! He loved the way being on the stage made him feel! He was so happy doing what he loved to do!
All of a sudden, he looked out and saw that he actually had a audience! At first, he froze! He was so scared that everyone was going to laugh at his dancing! But he was very surprised to see everyone smiling and clapping! His mom and dad were there clapping the loudest of all! Everyone was so proud of the butterfly's performance!
His friends and family threw flowers onto the stage and yelled, "Hooray!"
