Princess Diana aged 36 died after midnight August 31 early morning when the car she was travelling met with an accident in the place de L' Alma underpass in central Paris. Her lover Dodi Fayed son of the Harrods owner Md. al-Fayed was also killed. The mother of the heirs to the British throne was Diana. The car, it is said was travelling at 80 miles per hour in an attempt to out space.

Mother Teresa was born on 27th August 1910 in Spoje, Yugoslavia. Her real name was Agnes Gonxha Bojaxhir. After she became a nun of the Roman Catholic Church her name was changed to Mother Teresa. she was the daughter of a businessman. Along with a group of Christian missionaries, she came to India on 6th January 1929, for humanitarian services and she felt that she should serve the helpless poor and physically invalid.
There were thousands of members working with her in the missionary organisations. She founded 'Nirmal Hridoy' homes for the sick and the dying and Shishu Bhavan for disabled and mentally retarded children.
Mother Teresa had received many national and international awards in recognition of her Nobel services for humanity.
She was made Bharat Ratna in 1980.
She won the Nobel peace prize in 1979.
She was given Jawaharlal Nehru peace prize in 1972.
She had won Ramon Magsaysay award in 1962 and Templeton foundation prize in 1973.
