That the above mentioned addresses of the parties are complete and correct for the service of notices and summons.
That brief facts giving rise to this petition are to the effect that the petitioners are performing their duties in Bahawal Victoria Hospital, Bahawalpur since long honestly, diligently and to the entire satisfaction of their high ups and there is no complaint of any sort against the petitioner from any public or private sector.
That there is no complaint of any sort against the petitioners and the respondents without any legal justification, stopped the monthly salaries of petitioners since the month of September, 2016 without any legal justification.
That due to the non-disbursement of monthly salaries of petitioners, the petitioners are facing lot of financial problems and mental agony.
That the petitioners so many times approached the respondents in this behalf and requested to release the monthly salaries of the petitioners without any further delay, but of no avail.
