I should not mention number quantities to my manager because he seems to think that a rough estimate without a number is sufficient. So what I need to use are terms like 'a lot', 'a little', 'more', 'less' i.e. terms that don't require numbers. Since numbers don't seem to be important when I am answering questions I am going to practice the Golden rule and ' Do onto others as they do onto me." He's shown me by example that I should be vague and say non-numerical answers so that we communicate better. This will take practice on my part because I am used to numbers representing exact quantities of objects, and ideas. So begins my answering quantities in non-numerical terms. In fact, when asked for a numerical answer I'll say to him what he says to me and that is,"You can see for yourself." Better than that I'll just be very evasive when answering questions so as to leave him not knowing like he often leaves me waiting on an answer and I end up having sufficient time doing nothing. So I've said it before and I'll say it again metaphorically ' It ain't no fun when the rabbits got the gun'. In this case the gun is the unfired vocal cord of myself when asked a particular question that requires a numerical answer. I don't know how long I can bear his control issues without reaching out to some arbitration party to help me figure out what are the best behavioral changes I can make to my behavior since I know for a fact I cannot change others behaviors. Thank you for your support and don't ever forget this is a political system formed by the people and for the people, not a political system of killing people by reducing their access to health care and taxing more greatly those not making the most money. The rich should be considerate of the poor and should expect some change in behavior of the poor so that they are doing what it takes to become more financially advanced. If they are not then they should only get what it takes to survive.
