Short Term E-Tenders are invited in two parts, Part-1 & Part-2 upto 07.02.2018, valid for 12 months for supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Fiber Optic Terminal Equipments at various sub-stations of UPPTCL & their integration with existing Fiber Optic Network and SCADA/EMS systems of UPPTCL for Grid management (Including annual maintenance contract for few equipments).
Part-1 Shall contain Earnest Money of Rs. 800000/- in the form of Bank Guarantee in favour of “Superintending Engineer, ECCDC, UPPTCL, Lucknow” executed on non judicial stamp paper worth Rs. 4000/- or Demand Draft of Rs. 800000/- in favour of “UPPTCL, SBI A/C No. 30231982762 payable at SBI, Ashok Marg, Lucknow, pre-qualifying details along with documentary avidence and technical and commercial terms & conditions. Part-2 shall contain Price bid only The last date of uploading of bids shall be 07.02.2018 upto 12:00 hrs.
Part-1 Shall be opened on same day at 15:30 Hrs. In case opening date happens to be a holiday, the bids shall be opened on next working day at the same time. Tender document can be downloaded from e-procurement website www.etender.up.nic.in’. Tenderes will have to pay a non refundable fee of Rs. 10500/- (inclusive of 5% GST) as the cost of tender document before scheduled time of opening of the tender bid part-1, in the form of bank draft in favour of “UPPTCL, SBI.
The bids of the firms without Demand Draft towards the cost of tender document and without Earnest money deposit will not be opened, Scanned copies of the Demand Draft towards the cost of tender document and Demand Draft/Bank Guarantee of Earnest Money deposit (EMD) shall have to be uploaded with the tender document.
