Hi, I am an engineer from India and when I am saying I am engineer, I mean it. India is producing tones of engineers every year and its a good thing right? Well I don't think so. Indians are known for their smartness and problem solving skills as Indians are working globally in some of the biggest institutions like google, nasa, microsoft etc. But here is a problem which is majority of these engineers do not have proper skill to get a job. Colleges play major role in this because most of the colleges are here just to provide degree not the skills or education and the students are also not interested in this. After graduation the same students cry for not getting jobs. On an average about 1.3 million engineers are produced every year of which only thousands get the job only because they have proper skills or knowledge about their field.
