Changes of centrilobular and paraseptal emphysema seen. Fibronodular and fibrocavitatory lesions with associated pleural thickening, calcification and cicatricial bronchiectatic changes are seen in the left upper lobe with associated mild volume loss. Left hilum is pulled upwards. Fibrotic/fibroatelectatic changes with pleural thickening seen in the apical segment of right upper lobe. Nodular lesions in peribronchial distribution seen in the basal segments both lungs (R>L). Few calcified nodules also seen in the basal segments of left lower lobe. A subpleural nodule with calcification is seen in the basal segment right lower lobe. Fibrotic lesions are seen in basal segments of bilateral lower lobes.
