10fastfingers is an awesome website as is, with plenty of options to keep yourself busy typing.
As a personal opinion, one helpful feature would be including completion percentage indicator on a text- so that I know how much of a text I have already covered while typing. Right now one just keeps typing on a long text mysteriously until one reaches the last page.
