While I was sitting in my bedroom the other night thinking about random stuff and the topic that came into mind was journaling. While I was at work, I kind of spent time gathering journal prompt ideas instead of doing my work. Not I have over 1000 journal prompt ideas to write about. The one I wrote about today was for 50 words that describe me. I never realized how tough it is to describe yourself. After you finish typing this you should do the journal prompt too! It a great exercise to get to know the real you and understand yourself better. It could also be a great way to build your self esteem with positive words to describe yourself. Thanks for reading.
