When you decide to get a dog, don't get a dog from a pet store. If you don't know why, let me explain. When you get a dog from a shelter, you are getting a dog that was either once mistreated, in the streets, or worse. When you get a dog from a shelter, you are getting it by an owner who actually cares about dogs. When you get a dog from a pet shop, you are buying it from money loving people who only care about themselves. And do you know where they get the dogs in a pet shop? They force a mother dog to have babies over and over again. If you stop buying from pet shops, those shops go out of business which is better for the dogs. If anyone wants to work with dogs, they should work in a shelter, not a pet shop.
Shelters kill dogs when they are full, or havn't been adopted ,or are old. That's why we should get dogs from a shelter instead, because all we are doing when we get a dog from a pet shop is making the shop make more money, making it get more dogs, and making the dogs in shelters feel more sad and get killed. Please also make good donations to all these poor, and needing to be loved animals.
