There was a very brilliant boy. All life he came first in exams. Always scored 100% in science. Now such boys usually go to become engineers, so he got admission at IIT Chennai. There he did B Tech and from there he went to America to study further and did his MBA from University of California. Now after studying this, one gets a good job there. He always topped there too. Started working there. He got a 5 bedroom house. Married here with a very beautiful girl from Chennai. What else can a man ask for in his life? Became an engineer after goid education, settled in America, fat salary job, wife, happiness, life was full with happiness. But unfortunately, he committed family suicide in America, eight years ago from today. He also shot himself after shooting his wife and children. What went wrong? After all, what happened, where did the mess happen? Before taking this step, he discussed with his wife, then wrote a long suicide note and in it justified his step and even wrote that this was the best way in these circumstances. His case and that suicide note were studied by the California Institute of Clinical Psychology to find out 'What went wrong?' First reason for his suicidal step was analysed from the suicide note and enquiry from his friends. He lost his job in America's economic downturn (recession). He remained jobless for a long time. Kept searching for jobs Then he searched low salary job and yet when the job was not found, when the installment of the house was broken, then there was a chance of coming on the road. Some days he was said to filling oil on a petrol pump. Endured all this for a year and then the husband and wife finally committed suicide… Experts have concluded this case study like this: This man was programmed for success but he was not trained, how to handle failure. This person was ready for success, but he was not taught in life how to face failure. Now let's look at his life from the beginning. He was very brilliant at studies, always came first. I know many such parents who want who want their children to always come first, there should be no mistake from them. If they commit a mistake, it is as if someone has committed a very big sin and they (children) do everything for it, to always come first. Then such children, because being over studious, find little chance of sports, walking, fighting, beating, the poor, they got the burden of engineering college when they got out of the 12th, followed by MBA and while still studying, got a fat salary job. Now hefty salary comes with a big responsibility for the employer company, that is, big targets. This world is notoriously tough, and this life takes a different test. Your college degree and marksheet makes no sense to the hard realities of life. It doesn't matter how many numbers there one scores. This life sets its own separate question paper for everyone. And the questions are all out of syllabus, it takes crooked rams. Life tests one with uneven, odd, puzzling problems and daily exams. No date sheet. An anecdote was read in an English novel. A lamb drifted away from his mother. At first, he was surrounded by a herd of buffaloes. Somehow left from being crushed under their feet. Just a little further, a jackal pounced on him. Somehow saving the life by entering the bushes, the wolves were seen coming from the front. Stayed there in the bushes for a long time, somehow, when he came back to his mother, he said, "Mother, there is a very dangerous forest." Mom, there is a jungle out there. Children must be trained to stay alive in this dangerous forest. It is important to give children education as well as rituals, the ability to cope with every odd situation with a lot of patience, courage and the knowledge. One must have real life skills and wisdom to bear with and overcome the unfavourable circumstances. It is important for children. They must be trained for a successful life beyond formal education of schools and colleges.
