don't we all lack understanding we will never understand ourselves as we are, we will always have a corrupt field of view of ourselves and others. Of course, you treat your friends differently, but you will never "understand" them as they barely understand themselves. With us not even understanding ourselves who are we to ask other people to understand us. How can we expect someone else to understand us then? I think that is quite bizarre. As we grow older we might start to understand but well never have the full picture. The saddest part is we will never get the perspective other people have, this means no one can fully help us.
