With over a century old presence and a wide network across India, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, an organization which strives to achieve progress, harmony and growth in the economy by providing a platform for promotion of trade, commerce & industry, seeks to create a talent pool of highly active, keen and dynamic persons who look forward to a career that fosters job enrichment and logical incentive. The Chamber works to create an environment helpful to the growth of industry in India, partnering with industry and Govt. alike through advisory and review process. The Chamber is a non-Govt., non-profit, industry-led and industry managed organisation. The Chamber looks forward to have the motivated work force with a blend of skill and youth. The Chamber will provide great opportunities for personal and professional growth through a free working environment. The Chamber is also involved actively in the formulation of budget with a balanced approach towards both industry and agriculture. As you know, agriculture is considered to be the only culture, the mother of all cultures, the fountain of all civilisations. So, in light of the above, the focus of this year's budget has been on supporting agriculture and rural economy, providing health care to the weaker sections of society, creating basic set-up, improving the quality of education and providing tax relief to the MSME. In the conference held with the Chamber, it has been stated that all these measures will help in building a strong 'New India' and in boosting up employment avenues in the country. The main emphasis of this year's budget is on bringing affordable and accessible growth to the citizens by creating a sustainable eco system. The Government's plan of implementing the world's largest health care programme, covering more than 500 million of the country's poorest people is remarkable, as it would also give a boost to the insurance industry, The provision of free gas connections to women especially in the rural areas, electricity connections to the poor in difficult and remote areas, providing generic medicines through mobile clinics have received a big push in the present budget.
