Good evening! I am a Customer Service Rep. for Associated Pharmacies Inc. and I provide service, or assist other departments, to our customers for a multitude of reasons. Some things I help with are order processing, Scan & Toss troubleshooting, CSOS setup, EDI questions (To the best of my Ability), as well as many other things! I am an AMAZING CSR! However, I would really like to know how well I can type. So, I am taking this typing test to find that out! If I can get 60 words per minute and be acurrate, I should DEFINITELY feel accomplished. Did I get you? Another thing that can be complicated is how to pronounce drug names. The pharmaceutical industry can be a difficult place to work in because of the very long, complicated words. Things like Levetiracetam, Oseltamivir, and Abacavir Sulfate can be difficult to pronounce... AND SPELL!! Hopefully I got all of those right. Is there any red on this page? If so, sorry... Now, let's look at some more challenging characters!! The cool thing about this typing test is that you can make your own texts with whatever test you would like. So, I could include some special characters that we may use often in an email. Like this "&". I could also add numbers that we may use regulary. Such as, 121212 which is the item # for pen needles. Did you have to look that up for accuracy? So, after all of this, how do you feel that you did?
