It is said that a healthy mind resides in a healthy body but Yoga goes a step ahead. It makes both mind and body healthy Yoga is a Sanskrit word derived from Yug which means to cannot, therefore, Yoga is defined as the union between limited self and the divine self. At the physical level, it harmonizer the functions of different organs making is physically fit and healthy at the spiritual level, it tunes our divine self, mind and soul bringing us to peace, harmony and real happiness. Yoga has survived all odds and invasions. Now with all support and recognition, this elixir of mind, body and soul will be a more powerful tool that will steadily make not only India but also the world healthy, happy, purified and peaceful. After all peace and happiness come from within and yoga does that miracle. Farmers are the only indispensable people on the face of this planet. We need a farmer thrice a day throughout our life. They are the mothers of the country who feed us with the grains that their sweet produce but sadly in an agrarian country like India, farmers are the most neglected class deprived of even the basic facilities and need. These saviours of the nation are bereft of a square meal and the nation turns a deaf ear to their outcry. Failed crops daughter's marriage, death and disease in the family forced them to avail themselves of the service of private money lenders. Obviously they could not overcome the vicious circle and then a slow of suicides was reported from all over the country. The government then came up with the idea of the easy loan at low interest for the farmers. India survived on the hope of a better tomorrow and so did the farmers but then awake to the stark reality that nothing has changed for the food providers thirty three thousand farmers have committed suicide, one killing self every thirty minutes in spite of the governments of almost all the ruling party of centre and states farming and implementing legislation and schemes for the benefit and upliftment of this class.
