As I sit here watching Six Feet Under, an HBO dark comedy/drama from the early 2000s, I just realized how many of the top all-time acclaimed shows are from HBO. Without much argument, most would put The Sopranos on any top 3 list of all time shows. Game of Thrones easily makes a top 5 list as well. But then, you have older gems such as The Wire, Oz,(a bit dark and violent for younger audiences which might keep it off some all-time lists). More recently you have Boardwalk Empire. I sit here watching Six Feet Under and just have to wonder, how did one single network create such masterpieces? Well, see for yourself and watch them all.
