By this question, the interviewer wants to know about your practical approach to work and what is important to you. Many of you would have been involved in some kind of group work, where a preset result had to be achieved. Even if you did not have any project work experience during your course, you may narrate that group work as a project work. Because, project work involves group working and identifying steps and measures that lead to the achievement of a preset result on time. However, you need to carefully plan your answer. The possible answer to this question could be: “Yes.” [If you have done some project work as part of your course programe, describe it and mention the learning points from that work experience.] Otherwise, one may say: “Last year, I was part of a found-raising team. We had to organise funds for a free medical treatment centre for the poor in our locality. We had targeted to raise about a lakh of rupees. We knew that our locality had a few talented painters. So, we decided to ask each of them to do a painting for the project and we auctioned the paintings in a nearby hall. There were five of us in the team. We made an activity chart along with time limits for each activity and divided the responsibilities between ourselves. We also worked in co-ordination due to shortage of time and met twice a week to update ourselves on the progress and offered help to each other.
