You must familiarize yourself with the different available types of perfumes. Then only you will be able to choose the one best suited for you. You may be attracted to one particular scent. But to fully enjoy it your knowledge of different perfume types is important to help you choose the right variant. Different perfume types do not necessarily affect the scent or the overall quality of the product. They merely point out the concentration of the fragrance oils in the perfume. There are five common types of perfumes that exists. The main difference between these five perfume types is their fragrance oil concentration. Parfum is the perfume type with the highest fragrance oil concentration. It is for this reason that it remains to be the most expensive of the perfume types. A parfum contains about fifteen to forty percent fragrance oil concentration. This hight concentration makes it heavier and stronger and oily as well. Only a few dabs of parfum on the pulse points will last you the whole day. Its stronger scent makes it easier to identify compared to other perfume types. Eau de parfum is sometimes simply referred to as parfum and holds a fragrance oil concentration of ten to fifteen percent. They hold a lighter oil concentration and more alcohol and water concentration compared to parfum. Eau de parfum is still quite a strong perfume type and will last on your body for six to eight hours. Eau de parfum is not very easy to identify as it housed in a spray bottle or stopper bottle. Eau de toilette contains four to fifteen percent fragrance oil concentration. This lighter fragrance perfume is normally housed in a spray bottle due to its relatively lower fragrance oil concentration and high alcohol content. It lasts anywhere from two to four hours. This means that you will have to refresh it at some point during the day. Or replace it with stronger eau de parfum at night. Its relatively light body makes it a suitable option for office wear or any occasion where you do not want your perfume to be offensive. Eau de toilette is suitable for the warmer weather during the summer and spring seasons. Eau de cologne perfume type is originally formulated for people who want a lighter variation of a certain fragrance scent. Eau de cologne primarily holds a two to five percent fragrance oil concentration. Eau de cologne also lasts for two to four hours. This diluted perfume type is not only light but also offers the option of the fragrance scent you love at a cheaper price. Many expensive fragrances for men that come in an eau de cologne characteristic are normally marketed as a splash on or aftershave fragrance. Eau de fraiche is also known as fragrance water. It is the least expensive and least concentrated of the perfume types. It contains between one to three percent fragrance oil concentrations. Because of this ultra light fragrance oil concentration and high alcohol concentration this will usually dissipate within an hour or two and are housed in a spray bottle. Eau de fraiche loosely translates to freshwater. It is a great summer product for occasions at the beach or gym. You can use it to refresh after a workout or while chilling at the beach. Part Two: Auctions are an efficient way of raising funds through the sale of items at the best price possible. The selling price of the item is determined through a competitive bidding process. There are many types of auctions that exists. The distinction between these types of auctions comes from the action of the bidders. Absolute auction means highest bid wins. The winning bid can be as high as the bidders are willing to pay. In this type of auction there is more money for the seller because of the competitive nature of bidding. Competition typically heats up most intensely at absolute auctions. This happens because bidders know that by besting a rival across the room or online. Bidding the highest amount can result in them winning the bid. Absolute auctions typically get the most bidding. The risk associated with an absolute auction is greater than the other types of auctions. But the potential reward is also greater. Minimum bid Auctions begin at a minimum price established by the seller. Bidding must begin at least at that minimum before there can eventually be a sale. The minimum bid is published and announced by the auctioneer at the start of bidding for that commodity. These auctions offer a certain level of safety to the seller but are not usually as attractive to buyers as an absolute auction. A key strategy for a minimum bid auction is for the seller to set the minimum bid low enough to attract the interest of buyers. Setting the minimum bid too high will discourage initial bidding. Reserve auctions allows the seller to accept or reject or counter the winning bid. Sellers typically make this decision before the auction event ends. This gives sellers protection so their commodities will not be sold below what they consider acceptable. Reserve auctions typically generate the least amount of interest among potential buyers. This is because buyers know their winning bid can ultimately be rejected. The bidders privately submit their one best offer in a sealed bid auction. This is generally done in writing and in a sealed envelope. The bids are opened privately by the auctioneer and seller who do not reveal the bids to any of the participants. The seller can take many courses of actions in this case. He can simply accept the highest or the best bid. He can also reject all the bids. Then he calls the bidders to bid again. Sealed bid auctions are often used for commodities that do not have a broad market or appeal. Keeping the bids private helps ensure that if all bids are too low for any of them to be accepted by the seller the commodity will not become stigmatized by having a perceived low value in the marketplace. The combo auction is one in which sealed bids are sought from bidders as the first step. If the seller does not accept the highest bid then the top five bidders are invited to participate in live bidding on an absolute or reserve basis. This is the second step to determine the highest bidder. For selecting the type of auction suited best for you there are various parameters. You ought to consider your goals and what you want to achieve from the auctions. The best fit for each may be different.
