I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to share some feedback about my dining experience at CozyCorner.
Overall, I was impressed by the cozy atmosphere and the authentic flavors of the food, which made it an excellent place to dine. However, I was not satisfied with the service. Since my mother is a vegetarian, I asked the waiter whether a particular dish contained meat while placing our order. Unfortunately, the waiters were unfamiliar with the ingredients in the dishes. Additionally, there were no vegan or vegetarian labels on the menu, which made my mother and me feel confused.
To improve the service for future customers, I would like to suggest that you add vegan and vegetarian labels to the menu. In addition, I recommend training your staff so that they can provide accurate information to customers.
