Q: Where is your hometown?
A: I hailed from Thanh Hoa, a coastal province situated in the North Central region of Vietnam. It’s a pretty bustling area, well-known for its rich historical background and, of course, its hustle-and-bustle energy that never fails to amaze anyone visiting for the first time.
Q: What do you like most about your hometown?
A: If I have to choose, it’s definitely the culinary scene. My hometown is an absolute paradise for foodies. There’s an abundance of mouth-watering local delicacies like 'nem chua' that you simply can’t find the authentic taste of anywhere else. On top of that, the locals are incredibly hospitable and down-to-earth, which always gives me a strong sense of belonging.
Q: Is there anything you dislike about it?
A: Well, if I had to complain about one thing, it would definitely be the extreme weather conditions. Being in the North Central region, my hometown suffers from scorching hot summers with dehydrating Lao winds, followed by bitterly cold winters. It’s pretty brutal, to be honest, and it can really take a toll on your energy levels if you're outdoors for too long.
