Cameroon is a Central African country bordered by Nigeria, Chad, the Central African Republic, Equatorial Guinea, Gabon, and the Republic of the Congo, with a coastline along the Gulf of Guinea. Its capital is Yaounde, while Douala is the largest city and an important commercial port. Cameroon contains remarkable geographic diversity, including tropical rainforests, mountains, grasslands, and drier northern regions.
