I have got many battle scars to prove it. Early in the ramping up our studio model in prepration of what I knew wqas going to be a long, hard journey full of ups and downs, I immersed myself in films to get a feel dor what was out there, Basu's slick thriller, Gangster. Immedetaly, I knew that Anurag was a special director-----moods and responses, ad an actor's director with the uncanny ability to draw out performance. most of all he had the guts to pull it off.
