A lot of people these days don't have very good grammar from what I've seen in my life so I'm here to help you fix that. I'm going to show you the mistakes that people make and then correct them and put it in a sentence correctly. I'm going to start with its and it's, there are different situations where different words are used that sound the same, these all have different meanings when put into context. I am going to show you something that people mess up with when using its and it's. People a lot of the time will make this mistake by putting it's in a sentence like this. I went over to my friends house and ate, they asked me if I liked the food, I said "its very good", this is not the right word for this situation, what you want to say instead of "its very good is, it's very good. Its is not a contraction so that just means that the only word there is its, it's is a contraction which means that the apostrophe is taking the place of it is and replacing the I in is with the apostrophe so you don't have to write as much as we'd be writing/typing if we didn't have contractions and makes it quicker to do than writing the whole letter instead of writing it is, you could make it easier b typing it's. Its is a possessive so that means that it is put in a sentence like this, I went to my friends house and knowing that he had a dog that has puppies, I asked if I could pet his its puppies. It is put this way because, from how it's put it means that the dog owns its puppies and possesses them. I hope you understand what I put there and really use it to make yourself more proficient in grammar. I'm now going to move on to you're and your, people on Instagram always do this wrong. I am going to put it in a sentence so you will understand it, I went to my friends house and said, "can I pet your dog?" I put this in a sentence correctly, the way you would use you're in a sentence is like this, I went to my friends house and I said, you're not looking great today, are you sick? I will now move on to I, do I have to explain this very much, just go along with what I'm typing and you should understand that when I is alone it is always capitalized. For me, grammar is easy, ever since I was young I've been reading all the time in fourth grade alone, I read almost the whole library because I'm a good student and got all my work done and then I would read (a lot). Well, I hope you have a good day and I hope this helped you out with what I know are some of the most common grammar mistakes that people make, This might not have helped out very much with just being bad at grammar and bad at words but that is why tomorrow I will probably make another passage about that so you know how to be accurate with words.
