According to the doctor's opinion, the death of the deceased was due to cardiorespiratory arrest, which was homocidal in nature of the injury due to rupture of the spleen and excessive bleeding. The injury sustained in the body of the deceased was sufficient to cause his death in the ordinary course of nature. He died 18 to 20 hours before the autopsy. When the doctor was questioned regarding the injury to the deceased, he said that the confiscated wood in the case could have caused the said injury to the deceased and his spleen could have burst due to his death. On behalf of the prosecution, the statement of the father of the deceased has been made, who has stated in his statement that a call was received from Ramtek to Bhaiyalal of Tamarind Dhana that Jwarilal was killed by Ram Singh, due to which he died, then he was Shantilal, Sahulal and two others. - Had gone to Ramtek to see Jwarilal with three other men, went there and saw that Jwarilal was dead and his body was lying in the house of the accused. Thus it is clear from the medical evidence presented in the case and the evidence of the father of the deceased that the deceased died on the date of the incident. According to the opinion of the doctor, there were injuries in many places in the body of the deceased and his death has been told by the doctor as homicide, thus it is also proved that the death of the deceased was of human slaughter. The father of the deceased has also told in his statements that the deceased Jwarilal is his son, who was married to Sunderbai, his son had come to village Kshipabad 8 days before Diwali to do soybean labor. His wife was staying at his maternal home in Ramtek when his son had gone to pick him up. The witness says that when he went to Ramtek after getting information about the death of his son, he asked his daughter-in-law Sundarbai Samdhi and grand-daughter etc. how happened, then they told that he was killed by his maternal uncle. The father of the accused also told this thing. Sakshi in her cross-examination has told the house of Ram Singh and his father Nandram to be separate.
