i wake up and see the sun i feel warm and glad i make tea and sip it slow i sit on the mat and plan my day i have work i have calls i have to run to the shop and get some food i take a pen and note all i must do i want to be fast but not rush i like when the day goes smooth i take a deep breath and feel calm i go to the park and walk i see kids play and dogs run the air is cool and the sky is blue i smile at a man who jogs by i sit on a bench and read my book the plot is good and the time flies i look at my watch and know i must go i grab my bag and head home i cook rice and fry eggs i eat slow and play soft music i wash the dish and clean the room i sit on my bed and text my friend we chat and laugh i take a hot bath and feel fresh i lie down and turn off the lamp the moon is out and i feel at peace i close my eyes and drift to sleep
