I'm currently testing a custom layout that is inspired by Dvorak, but moves the right hand one key to the right (so there are three keys separating both hands). I also swap some of the keys. (Updated 2017-06-01) Making some new changes to my keyboard and practicing to a metronome. Should lead to some strange results for a while as I experiment further.
