Cheese Balls:
Ingredients:
1 lb. farmer cheese
3 eggs
3/4 cup farina
1/2 cup sugar
Vanilla sugar
1 Tbsp. flour, more if needed
Breadcrumbs and Sugar
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients (other than breadcrumbs).
2. Boil water with salt.
3. Form balls of cheese mixture and drop into pot. Cook for 15-20 minutes.
4. Fry breadcrumbs and sugar in oil. Keep mixing. When browned, close fire.
5. Drop hot cheese balls into breadcrumbs and coat well.
