Considering the speed with which this slow commission is working, I think we have to wait till March or April till we get the final results. And another one year for joining. This whole process including cheating, paper leak, cancellation of the exam, protests is very demotivating and depressing for any aspirant. On top of that, this mental agony won let them concentrate on other exams. Really disappointed by the way this commission which is conducting this prestigious exam and playing with the future of so many youngsters in India. When I was a teenager a newly married couple became our new tenant. The lady was very pretty, used to wear rich jewelry and sarees that fascinated me. Soon we became friends. She used to tell me stories about her in-laws and her mother's place, Gwalior a city in Madhya Pradesh Her husband was very friendly and big-hearted, always bringing fruit and sweets for his wife that she used to share with me. He used to take us to the movies. This was a big thing for me. Nothing was suspicious. I used to tie rakhi to him and started calling him Bhaiya. (Brother) He told us that he is a zamindar (land-owner) and his father wants him to earn a living himself. Which is why he left his home and came to my city in search of job. They moved from our place after two years. We all were very upset. With time we lost touch.Years later I got married and visited Gwalior with my husband for some family function. Out of nowhere, a very familiar and affectionate voice of a lady called my name. I did not recognize the owner of the voice immediately. But she didn't care about this and hugged me tightly. I was also overjoyed to run into my old friends after such a long time. Banking Job is now-a-days losing its sheen. There was a time when a Bank PO's salary used to be more than that of an IAS officer. But now things have changed. In present scenario, Bankers are being charge sheet even for bonafide decisions taken by them. There is only one good thing in Banking that promotions are faster than SSC. I usually wonder why the petrol bunk employees insist us to check the meter reading before they pour in petrol. Reason behind the wonder was the TRUST i had with the employees.
