late to pick up TGO orders , vendor informed about late rider , we inform the vendor that we will follow up , we call the rider , rider didn't answer , we checked the order status on hurrier , rider is near pickup , we checked the near pickup at time and add 10 min to it , after 10 min we checked the time on PC and the rider exceeded the time , we Re-dispatch and put courier on break for 30 min, then we send notification with the order status to the customer, we got back to the vendor to inform them with the outcome, then we close the task. contact driver before committed pickup: live order inquiries by restaurant - delivery inquiries - request rider ETA to pick up. contact driver after committed pickup: order inquiries by the restaurant - delivery inquiries - late delivery.
