This is a typing test about free running, or parkour, to help improve your skills. Free running has actually helps your running, jumping, and quick thinking skills. It also helps your eyesight, believe it or not. It does this because when you are running fast, your brain needs to look for alternate paths before the path it is on runs out. It helps your running because some jumps require a great amount of speed in order to make the jump. Jumps can get pretty far, so thats when jump training comes in handy. If you're aiming to land those longer jumps. start off with small jumps and slowly increase the gap every day. Free running also helps strength. Sometimes, you'll jump, but you won't have enough speed to land, but, thankfully, you grab the ledge of the roof. Then, you'll need to pull yourself up. A good way to train your strength for this is to do pull-ups on a pull-up bar at home. There are other ways to strengthen your arms, but pull-ups at home are the safest way.
