We should to think that every one of our dealers can and does recognize the importance of the letters of inquiry that come to our offices and which are forwarded to you as we receive them.
But from he reports we have been getting from our men who are selling in the field and from the letters we receive from some of our customers, we are afraid some inquiry are being neglected.
Handling the thousands of inquiries that we receive each week requires the use of a large number of people right here in our office.
We know that the expense of maintaining this staff is fully justified if every inquiry is followed up as soon as it is received by a dealer and if a strong effort is made to make a sale to every prospect who has been interested enough in our products to write to us asking about them.
