Q.  Do you remember what the shop looked like inside, how it is structured?
A. It was window over here.
Q. I'm going to ask you to draw it.
A. I'm not, like, good for draw.
Q. Many people aren't, but let's give it a try, okay? Now, before we do that, let's make sure we have the right place in mind. I'm going to show you what I'm marking as Exhibit B. I'm going to hand you what I'm marking as Exhibit B. Does that look familiar to you?
A. That's familiar. That's me whenever I was, like, 80 pounds more.
Q. So that is you here in the back?
A. That's me.
Q. Right there where I'm pointing, that's you?
A. Yeah.
Q. Is that your vehicle that was involved in the incident?
A. Yes.
Q. Can you, from this photo, pick out the location of the store that you were going to?
A. About on this side
Q. Right here?
A. Yes.
Q. Are you sure that's not the Cricket store?
A. That shop over here, this may be Cricket store, but this door open.
Q. Okay. This door here?
A. Yeah.
Q. So the shop has a dark area and a little white rectangle, which is almost touching your right shoulder. Am I right?
A. At that time it wasn't too close to her door. That's just in the picture.
Q.  I'm just trying to figure out what store was involved. So is it this store here that I have my pen on?
A. Yes.
Q. So I'm going to go ahead and put an X right there. Where I put the X, is that where you say Ms. Wong's store was located?
A. Yes.
Q. Okay. We know there's a doorway. Did I say this is the doorway? Can you follow me okay so far? Let's say this is the far wall.
A. That's Clemens?
Q. No, this is Clemens here.
A. That's the door that goes into the store?
Q. And this is the store here. I want you to draw me, when you come into the door, what was in that store? I'm interested in where the cash register is, where there were, like, any sort of cabinets where it was holding merchandise.
A. I can explain. I'm not going to draw, too hard for me, okay? If you go this way.
Q. Go straight?
A. Yes. It's Clemens behind me, so register was on the corner over here.
Q. On this corner over here?
A. Over from the shelves was souvenir stuff.
Q.  Across the counter?
A. It was, like, window was over here.
Q. Window was here?
A. Yes.
Q. What was in front of the window?
A. It was like a counter. A glass counter that some stuff was over there.
Q. Where was the cash register? Is it near the back or front?
A. I don't remember.
Q. You don't remember which way -- do you remember if it was closer to the front or closer to the back?
A. Close to back, I guess.
Q. Put here cash register, but we'll put a question mark because you're not certain. But you think it's near the back; is that right?
A. Yes.
Q. Now I have this other wall. Were the shelves all the way back to where the cash register is there?
A. Yes.
Q. I have to ask this because I've been out to the scene, and now it's something entirely different. So it's a beauty parlor place now. So you say there was a glass counter?
A. But that's not store anymore there, right?
Q. Yes. It's a beauty parlor some Asian man owns now or rents. Along this wall, what was there?
A. So what do you mean?
Q. Was there more shelves?
A. I guess more shelf over there.
Q.  In the front here was this glass counter. Could you walk around this glass counter to get to the window?
A. I don't remember.
Q. You don't remember. Okay. Now, before the accident did you ever socialize with Leticia Wong?
A. No.
Q. After the accident have you ever socialized with her?
A. No.
Q. So you think this was the second time that you'd been to the shop; is that right?
A. Yes, I guess so. As I remember.
Q. So this was only the second time that you had met her?
A. I never met her. Like, I was talking like a person who sells stuff, not like something else.
Q. Okay. The first time you were at the shop do you remember if it was her that waited on you?
A. Say it again.
Q. The first time that you went there you said, do you recall if it was Ms. Wong who had waited on you, served you?
A. Served me, yes. She just was one owner there. Nobody was there, so she was one owner, as I know.
Q. So she had no other employees that you know of?
A. As I know, she didn't have employees.
Q. After the day of the accident, did you go shopping there again?
A. After the accident?
Q. Yes.
A. No, I never been there again.
Q.  So after the day of the accident, did you ever have a conversation with Leticia Wong?
A. I did, but just when she was a witness.
Q. Tell me about that. Tell me about your conversation with her.
A. I don't remember it now because that -- Stuart was helping me, Stuart Zapollo.
Q. Okay. Did you go out to her shop?
A. Yes, we did, me and Stuart.
Q. And you spoke to her there?
A. Yeah.
Q. After that day did you ever speak to her again?
A. When me, she, and Stuart went to court because we had court one day. One time after the car accident. It was last time I saw her.
Q. So the last time you saw her is when you were at court?
A. Yes.
Q. Do you know where she lives now?
A. Not really, but somebody told me her address.
Q. Somebody told you?
A. Yeah.
Q. What's the address they told you?
A. It's in my car.
Q. Do you know if that's her current address or just an address she had in the past?
A. I don't know.
Q. Do you have her phone number?
A. Yes, I do.
Q. What is her phone number?
A. 232-445-5289.
Q.  Now ma'am, I have called that number about half a dozen times, and each time they say this is not her number, no person like that at that phone number, so do you have a more current phone number?
A. That's the phone number and a message. That's Leticia. That's what I called just hour ago.
Q. So you got a message at that time?
A. I left a message.
Q. When you talk to her, can you get her ?
A. I never talk to her. I just left message.
