Writing a good essay is an art. This art comes only from reading good books and hard work. It is often seen that students become nervous when they have to write an essay. Before entering the examination hall they learn a few essays by heart. If one of these essays comes in the examination, they write the essay as it is. Otherwise they leave the total question. This is a wrong approach. Students are, therefore, advised that they should carefully study the essays given in the book and then write a few essays of their own and get them corrected by their teachers. Students should keep doing this again and again so that they may learn the art of essay writing thoroughly. The examiners expect the students to write good and correct English and the thoughts given in the essay should be continuous. There should be no mistakes in spellings and Grammar.
